    Can anyone just give me a brief synopsis of what happened in the case Bradley v CIE (1976)

    Searched it on google and lots of sites refer to it but none give an explanation of what the case was about.

    It's reported in the IR's so get the 1976 one and read the headnote and if your feeling like it just read the case.

    It will be summarised there. (off the top of my head I don't know the case).
