Howto Access Eircom Webspace

How do I edit some of my ancient web pages hosted on eircom? They don't allow web manager upload.eircom.net or ftp homepage.eircom.net if you are not on eircom dialup or eircom bb. I don't even have a real phone line. I have used dialup on voip. :) Is there any BB way round this other than using someone else's house?
