I've signed up to go but I haven't heard anything about venue or times yet. Did you get an email telling you it was on in Windmill? If so do you know the start time for tomorrow? Cheers.

yeah its definitly of interest. i saw a meyer video of it some time ago (on metallica's new rig), the concept is based on simple physics, looks like it will be a mind f*ck of a lecture :D

you did live work paul didnt you? did you ever come across it? or can you explain a little of it?

also i heard something about a discussion on hypercardioid sub bass - which would be pretty slick to learn about.

Yes, it's when StudioRat's 'job of work' gets completed before his ladyfriend expects him to .... it's nothing to be embarrassed about though ... it could happen to a bishop ...;)

Apparently a technological reaction to sound laws - i.e. legal ones as opposed to physical ones. In order to be able to shoot bass at the audience at a decent level they had to be sure not to fire it at the neighbours.
