Just a quick question! I was playing handball about 7 weeks ago and sprained my finger. Both the DIP & PIP joint were sore and are still now. I iced the finger, buddy taped it and flexed it. But the PIP joint is really swollen but not too sore and I cant push the DIP joint in without massive pain. I didnt go to a doctor because I assumed it would go away in a few weeks but it hasnt. Any idea on what might have happened? My PIP joint looks exactly like this:

    Many thanks!
