Not sure what area of Music this goes into so mods move as you see fit.

Went to see Deacon in Vicar Street and was blown away, never seen a gig like it. His songs didn't seem to transfer to casual listening. Until now. The new album is great mix of fast paced beats and a few songs a little more laid back.

Anyone else got it? What do you think?

Looks like he's playing Dublin June 6th. Nice.

Yeah, it's an odd little album but def worth a listen.

So you think it's as good as spiderman?

And yet again i am out of te country for his irish gig. Enjoy.

I'll move this to Alt/Indie in a day or two if it's not getting many replies.

I've heard great things about the gigs. Wham City is a fantastically catchy song (takes a little while to get going) but I've not really had a chance to listen to much else. Humm... maybe this is the song that might awake my sleeping music blog.
