for some reason me and my cousin cant join each others parties or games. the only way we can is if there is someone else in the party but if they leave then we are straight away disconnected,

both me and my cousin have no problem connecting with anyone else its just each other that we cant.

t first i thaught it was either mine or his NAT or something but its the fact thats its only one person that has me confused,

anyone experience this or maybe have a solution to what we should do.

i had this too, with 2 people, its probably a combination of factors on both sides, but changing my NAT settings is what solved ths issue for me.

Power cycle your router, perhaps it's IP flooded, this can effect your NAT settings.
Then make sure the following ports are open on your router: 3074 & 88...
There's plenty of walk-throughs on the web and you'll easily find one specifically for the router you are using.
You're goal is to have an OPEN NAT setting. You'll know you have this when you complete an Xbox Live Connection Test and it finishes successfully, without bringing up a problem window.

I have the same issue, I figured it was a combination of COD:WaW(Treyarch) and NTL:pac:
