Sky problem

Just today, we started getting a problem with the menu on sky. When you switch it on it goes through the menu real fast automatically, like as if a button has been stuck in the remote control or the box. But the buttons are fine and none of them is stuck.
You can't browse the menu cause its so fast. You can pick a channel by just pressing ok but you don't know what you're getting. And the only way of getting a channel up is entering it manually. And when you do have the channel, it has the box up on the screen telling you what you're watching and what's next.
But the box stays on the screen and goes through all the channels real fast (even though it doesn't change the channel).

I hope i explained it properly. Does anyone have any experience of it? It's real fcked up. And just the thought of ringing them up and having someone out to fix it. We just had someone out 3 weeks ago for a "no satellite signal received" and that was a 100 euro. Its fcking ridiculous.

    Try rebooting it.
What's the make & model number on the label?
