    Hello all,

This is a question I really cant find any answer to so maybe ye can help. Well my gf lived in a council house with her mother for years but she sadly passed away before christmas. Her grandmother who lives alone, is unwell and my gf has left her current home (council house) and moved in with her grandmother temporarily to look after her. The house has layed idle for 2 months now, her uncle lost his job, house etc has nothing and my gf is letting him live there for the time been for nothing. She continues to pay rent to the council and any other household bills. It'll only be a matter of time before she moves back into her house.

Im just wondering is what she is doing illegal or can she get into trouble for anything?

    Cheers

I wouldn't say so unless her uncle is paying her rent.
