    Hi,

    I'm wondering if I could get someone's opinion on this.

    I am writing a software application at the moment that I intend to sell. It is almost finished and I have thought of a title for the application. I have since found out that there is a website with the same name.

    Would there be any legal issues with using the same name? There is no link between my application and the website in question.
