Im o2 bill phone, she's Meteor pay as you go.

Does she need to have credit on her phone? It's telling the number isn't available. Was the same when she was in the States. Can't ring her from a landline either so I'm assuming the problem is at her end.

Sounds like she needs to get her phone set up for international roaming. She needs to contact Meteor Customer Services to get it set up. if she's not been with them long there may be a charge.

With pay as you go, roaming should be setup already. In the Uk its free to receive calls, they have an agreement with T-mobile, so it may only be T-mobile network. Tell her to select it manually to T-mobile.

If its still not working, get her to text the word 'TRAVEL' to 50104, or ring 1905

This isn't required for the UK or the US or alot of other countries.

Fair enough - it just seemed a likely possibility
