Problem with viewing card - help!

so the Munster Leinster match is starting in a few hours and my card has stopped working. When I put it in it says "there is a problem wityh your sky viewing card" and It gives a British number to ring but I can't ring Uk numbers from my landline. Is there a number to ring for Sky Ireland by any chance?

unplug and then reboot. That may sort you out. then just leave on and cross your fingers.
