    Just because there probably should be a thread about it seeing as its the first classic of the season and this is a horse racing forum.

    Im backing Delegator for no reason in particular except i think the O'Brien horses arent up to much. Ive little interest in the flat though so im more than likely way off the mark.

    A lot of late interest in Gan Amhras which has breeding that suggests around 1m.4f would be more appropriate but his trainer Jim Bolger seems pretty keen. 10/1 as an e/w shout could worth a punt.

    Gan Amhras is 12/1 for the Derby which is a 1m 4f race.
