I am planning on applying for rent relief in my appartment that I have been staying at for nearly 4 years. I am due to move out next month from here. Landlord isnt registered, so can I still apply, as it asks for his pps No on the form, and he wouldnt/couldnt give it to me because he isnt registered.

    You can still apply.
It helps Revenue if you have the PPS number so they can update their records.
But you still apply, just give your landlords name and address.

Your claim will takes a few weeks to process.

Oh and your landlord may be getting a letter in the post ;)
