Where to buy internationally branded jeans in Dublin?

I have a friend in Brazil who has asked me to pick up some jeans with internationally known brand names for her.
The impression I have is that the brand name should be ostentatiously displayed on the garment as this apparently invokes much admiration in Brazil.
"Guess" has been suggested but I see that the Guess shop in Dublin has been closed.
As my knowledge of these matters is a little hazy, can anybody please suggest what brand names fit into this category and where they might be available in Dublin.
    Thanks

BT2 stock Guess, they have a lot of other known brands as well...Diesel, Miss Sixty, Pepe, Hudson, Seven for all Mankind...and Brown Thomas have plenty of high end international brands as well. Arnotts would also be worth a look...and Harvey Nichols in Dundrum.

Try tkmaxx they would carry a lot of branded jeans without the high price that bt2 and harvey nichols charge.

    Thanks for your helpful reply.
However, as I'm male and don't live in Dublin, I should have mentioned that I'm a little out of my depth here. I will nevertheless be visiting the big city next week when I intend to purchase this stuff. My intention was to focus on the Grafton Street area.
    Just a few more questions:
    What is BT2?
While I've heard of Guess and Diesel, the other names don't mean a lot to me. So what are the "high end international brands" that you mention. This is what I'm after.

BT2 is owned by Brown Thomas and is on Grafton Street. Other brands would be Sass & Bide, Acne, True Religion, Current/ Elliot, J Brand do great jeans as well, Kate Moss lived in her J Brand Love Story jeans, but I don't know which would be most recognisable in Brazil. Maybe ask your friend which she likes?

    Thanks. That's great info.

Basically for Brazilians, anything from Europe is just super-cool even if it's a brand name they, or more importantly their friends, have never heard of as long as the name sounds sorta non-Brazilian.
If it's a well-known brand name like Guess or Diesel, this is about as good as life gets for a brasileira. :)

    Thanks and best wishes
    Paul
