Sky Eye problem

I have a sky eye in my bedroom and has worked fine for months but i had to change out my TV recently. Since then the I can't seem to change the channels using the remote (No red light on sky eye)
I have tried going into the RF outlet System Setup 0,1 and resetting but this does not work, I can still see the channels but cant change them
I have also taken the sky eye out and plugged it directly into the back of the sky box and the it worked fine(red light was on and I could change the channels)

Has anyone had this problem and if so have you been able to fix it?

Its quite possible you have a bad connection somewhere so recheck ur connections at both ends of the cable. Are u using the rf2 connection from the back of the box to feed the room with the magic eye??? If not change it to rf2.

Also if u are using a lead which is plugged into a wall outlet box I would suggest you bypass it as these are almost always why magic eyes fail to work.

Finally once you are happy with all your connections, reset your sky box by unpluging it for 2 minutes and then plugging it back in and hopefully all will be fine.

    Sorted ,Thanks Steve
took out all the connections and reset the (System Setup 0,1)RF to "off", turned off the system for a couple of minutes ,re-connected the cables reset the the Rf outlet(System Setup 0,1) to "on" and it worked
