Betfair GP?

    Hi folks. Jusy new to betfair and im wondering is there any way to get a guaranteed price? I backed solwhit at 4/1 and got 2/1. I'm guessing theres not but im interested to know from experienced users. Thanks

    if you backed it at 4/1 you get 4/1 and you dont get a guranteed price

    i placed the bet last night at 4/1 but it finished shorter, at 2/1. Its always that way is it?

    :confused:if you backed it at 4s you get 4s whether it drifts to 1/100 or 100/1.you would be advised to understand it better before you continue to bet on it .it can be dangrerous if you dont know what your doing

    thats why you got 2/1 then you were never on at 4s.i never back horses sp on betfair dont see any point in it

    if you back a horse at say 4.0 then that is really 3+1, meaning they include your stake. so if it is evens you would back it at 2.0 = evens + your stake. hope this helps.. you should download bet trader and use your username and password from betfair on it. what it does is refreshes every second so you see what money is going on the horse and his price change. free to use which is even better :-) you can even place lower amounts of money on horses i think betfairs lowest stake is €2 but bet trader have a way around this. if your new to betfair open an account and put in refer code 66LJY6PQM. you get €35 added to your account to bet with. any more info just ask..
