Help wanted for green card DS 230 form

    Help want for a few questions on filling out the DS 230 form for the DV 2010 lottery .

    Q 11 postel address in the U.S where your green card will be sent.Do i need an address there at this stage. Or leave it blank and put my current address for Q 13 as Dublin Ireland.

    And if i am applying because of the DV program(Gren card lottery) do i need a Petitioner.As on one of the questions says, name of your petitioner.I realise these forms are filled out from the states as well and people who are trying to get sponsered.I just want to make sure i fill out the form right as i know its important
