Restart your machines, as it begins booting back up keep tapping the F8 key. If you get this just as Windows starts loading you should be presented with a black screen with a load of options. Choose safe mode.

When in Windows, click the button to say you want to stay in safe mode. Open up norton and run a full system scan. Come back here with the name of the trojan if it still comes up afterwards.

Turn system restore off. Basically the usual problem is that the file is being restored by windows after norton quarantines it. Might not be it but it's a damn good posibility.

I assume you have done a full system scan also?
