Visa requirments for wsop?

    Can anyone tell me what type of visa is required to play in the wsop?

    Only been to the U.S. on hols about 8yr ago but is playing poker classed as working???:confused:

    No, you are grand unless on a normal holiday visa. If they do ask you though and you do play poker for a living, don't tell them you play poker for a living and are going to vegas to play poker.

    Dom did you mean you are grand ON a holiday visa ???

    Because I think that's what you meant to say.

    In case there is any confusion - Yes - the normal visa is fine, but if you are asked what you do for a living say something like IT - Computers - Plumber. Whatever - The only thing they are interested in is if you are there to work or blow the place up.

    Sort yourself out an ITIN when you get to the casino though.
