    Hi all,

think about getting a good quality leather sofa for a good price,
have been on the lookout..know there's a lot of bargain out there,
    just looking for some opinions,
i see up the north the price is still excellent £500 for dfs, half price stuff etc...

You will not get a good new leather settee for €500. Also beware of DMF( Dimethyl furnarate) which can cause blistering and bleeding and was the subject of a recent court case in England involving major retailers some of whom operate in Ireland.

Leather is always more expensive than fabric and bare in mind what you are actually getting for €500, you can be guaranteed that it is not real leather. You pay for what you get, so if you invest a little bit more money you will get a sofa that will last you much longer.

Try Allied Carpets in Robin Hood Ind Est, saw good value there recently.
