That wasn't the plan.

Ireland years ago often has young teenage brides sold off to richer farmers. It is/was common in many countries around the world. But most of the western world has seen that it is wrong and doesn't allow it (and rightly so) anymore.

I'm with you on the stance that is wrong moraly and ethicaly. But to call a country retarded because of that is wrong too. The more publicity it gets the better, world wide pressure along with national influence will hopefully stop this practice over time.
