    Hi folks, this is my first post here.
    I have a VW T4 caravelle which i am converting into a camper. I have been told on vwt4forum that a poptop roof conversion is not classed as a camper as the roof has to be fixed and 1.8 meters through out the whole length of the van.
    Can anyone give me any information on this query.
    The Vrt office were most unhelpful and dont seem to know what the specification is and told me that they have to see the van.
    As you can understand I don't want to cut the roof and spend £2000+ on a pop only to be told its not acceptable.
