Just picked up Resident Evil 5 for the PS3 for €31.99 in HMV in Blanchardstown

    assume it'll be in others too. it's a chart title and most of the other are round the €50+ mark, so I grabbed it.

    might not be able to beat online prices but for a bricks and mortar outfit it seemed like a good deal to me.

    the game has an 86% rating on metacritic with some good reviews so I thought I'd give it a go.

    they have some other good deals too, but that was the one that jumped out at me.

    Paid €45 for it last week in cork:(, doesnt bother me too much as i had a €20 voucher that i got for my birthday:)

    Huh? It was €40 everywhere the week it came out.

    not necessarily, the price has gone up since launch week. At least in Gamestop and Game

    personally speaking resi 5 was a fookn disgrace to the series. but thats a decent price 4 a turd :)

    not played it yet. had a go of the demo which was pretty meh, but hoping it'll be more fun in the full game.

    aside from anything it's RE, so you sort of have to play it just to keep up with the series regardless in case the next ones good. :)

    I seen a poster in Gamestop with a list of games for trade in. Think they where giving €40 or 45 for this.
