    Hi folks

About five months ago I established my own consultancy. It's going reasonably well but I'm finding it very difficult to do my office-based work from home. I think it would help the famous "work/life balance" if I had a small office elsewhere.

Obviously, I don't want to spend any more than I have too but would want it to be comfortable and ideally the address should support a professional and prestigious reputation.

I do know a couple of other people in a similar position and I also intend discussing with them two or three of us sharing a space.

Any tips would be very welcome.

There is a place at the top of Camden st which rents out part time offices. They basically provide a fulltime phone answering service and then let you use an office when you need for meeting clients ect., you don't get a permanent office but your clients won't necessarily know that. I think it's only a couple of hundred euro a month and the address is Harcourt St to make it a bit more prestigious.

A customer of mine rents a serviced office at 10 Merrion Sq, however I don't see a website available / any to let at the moment.

Thanks folks. Also if anyone has any knowledge or experience of supports which new businesses can tap into for funding of offices. That would also be appreciated.
