First of all shocks should be replaced in pairs on the same axel, ie if the left front is gone then get the right front replaced too at the same time. Replacing only one will weaken the other one and you will end up replacing it soon after anyway.

Places like Fast Fit or Advanced Pitstop will be able to supply and fit them for you, ring them for a quote.

There was a thread on here (last year I think) disputing that you need to replace both. Guy failed NCT on one shock, replaced it, two years later both tested OK with the same readings on both.

Well I have always been told to replace both shocks on the same axel at the same time as a rule of thumb by more than one mechanic over the years.
