Ok I am due 10 days holiday pay and just given it in my wage pack as 1/3 of my monthly salary.

The idea is that 10 days is 1/3 of a 30 day month. Surely thats wrong seeing as I dont usually work 30 days a month with weekends? I'm a monday to friday job.

Really need to get this sorted before I leave today as its my last day.

but the over all salary is broken up into 12 for monthly

so some months you work more some you work less but paid the same?

work out your daily rate X 10

put up against the 1/3 you got and ask for the difference?

That should make sense but my brain is broken.

How do I work out my daily rate if I'm on a salary? It looks like they are doing in by taking my salary and dividing it by 365?

Monthly salary x12 / 260 should give you a relatively close number.
