Haha i was thinkin the same to be honest. Tens of thousands die every year because of the normal flu virus. If we reacted to that like we are to this flu virus we'd never leave our homes!!

Pighead went to Mexico many moons ago. Great city, **** experience. A friends boyfriend worked with Lufthansa at the time. He got really cheap deals for all flights for himself and his "friends". Pighead being a shrewd operator starts to subtlety went about becoming his "friend". Bought him a jumper with mountains on it. Knew he'd love it as he was Austrian and they love their mountains over there.

Anyway as expected we became friends and within a month Pighead had wangled himself a holiday to Mexico for little more than a hundred quid. Not too shabby. Arrived in Mexico the city of music, sexy senoritas and corona beer about seven in the evening. "Lets PARTY! ARIBA ARIBA ONDOLE!" screamed Pighead. But no, yer man wanted to sleep. And boy did he sleep. He slept for twenty four hours. And the following evening he didn't want to go out as it was dark and he'd prefer to get his bearings during the day time before venturing out into the city streets. The lad had about as much adventure in him as monk.

It should have been the dream holiday but it was rubbish. Moral of that story was never go on a holiday with a pretend friend as they like to sleep too much and they're not much fun. Little lesson for any young kids out there this afternoon.

something thats even worse than the pig cold in mexico is the current drug war, over a thousand have died already this year, it doesnt get much media coverage. even young kids of government officials/cops have been murdered.
machine gun crossfire on the streets.

ive been to TJ twice, last time i went further in towards non tourist areas, which meant it was dark when i was going back to the san diego border. im a big guy but muscles dont stop bullets. i had to watch my back and stay away from isolated areas. i was offered steroids on the street, but later realised u can them in most of the 'pharmacies' and pet pharmacies. not that id be interested, but alot of americans cross the border for that sort of thing and generic viagra, actually generic everything cos drugs are more expensive in america.

whats great about mexico? everything is dirt cheap,food is great, tequila and the weather is sunny.
