Dia dhaoibh a chairde go léir!

Ar dtús tá brón orm mar gheall ar mo chuid ghramadaí ach táim ag foghlaim agus ag cur an teachtaireacht seo ar gach áit a tá Gaeilge ann…

Táimid ag tosnú eagraíocht chun imeachtaí/gníomhaíochtaí éagsúla a chur ar fáil trí mheáin na Gaeilge ar fud na tíre. Beidh daoine in ann a gcuid Gaeilge a fheabhsú (lasmuigh an seomra ranga) agus iad ag foghlaim scileanna nua.

Ar aon nós beimid ag tosnú le deireadh seachtaine i mí Lúil in ionad eachtraíochta san Iarthar. Beidh a lán imeachtaí le fáil ag baint leis an bhfarraige, na coillte agus na sléibhte agus beidh na teagascóirí go léir dhátheangach

An gceapann sibh go bhfuil éileamh ann chun rudaí mar seo? Daoine fásta nó daoine óga? Cén chaoí ba cheart dom an teachtaireacht a thabhairt amach?

Beimid ag chur suíomh idirlinne i bhfeidhm níos deanaí agus táim ag smaoineamh ar na hainmneacha “Gael BEO!” nó “Is maith liom Gaeilge”

Ba mhaith liom aon aiseolas uaibh go léir.

    Is mise le meas

    Hello Everyone

We are starting an organisation to arrange activities "as Gaeilge" throughout the country. People will be able to improve their Irish (outside the class room) while learning new skills
Anyway we are going to start with a weekend in July in an adventure centre in the west. There will be a range of ocean, forest and mountain -based activities available and instructors will be bi-lingual.

Do you think there would be demand for this? Adults or kids? What’s the best way to get the message out and promote it?

We will be setting up a website soon and are thinking of names like “Gael BEO!” or “Is maith liom Gaeilge”.

    Much appreciate any feedback

    Regards
    Aonghus

Tá éilimh ar rudaí mar seo. Tá ag éirí go maith le Coláiste Lurgan agus Coláiste UISCE, agus tá na heachtraí rud tábhachtach/lárnach.

Beidh an suim agam nuair atá an suíomh suas agat. Ó taobh suim de, beidh tú ag dul i comórtas le na Gaeltachtaí do pháistí ar aon nós, smaoinigh faoi seo roimh a déanann tú rud. Tá eagsúileachtaí mór idir páistí agus daoine fásta, go h-áirithe nuair atá tú ag múineadh dóibh. (Agus árachas)

Ó taobh an cumann/gnó a chur chun cinn, beidh ort cinntiú cé h-iad a beidh ag freastal ann ar dtús.

Molaim duit caint le na Coláistí samhradh a lú mé thuas. Freisin cén eachtraí atá phleanáilte agaibh?

    hmm sounds very good.
    i have a few questions
what kind of activities will take place i know you said "ocean, forrest, mountain" but can you be more specific like hiking, swimming, cycling, hurling etc...
    how much does it cost?
how long will it be on for?
    is it a summer camp?
can people like me with very little irish come?
as for the website name i would go with "Is maith liom Gaeilge" or "Is Bréa liom Gaeilge" = "I love Irish" that right?

Ba breá liom rud éigin mar sin a dhéanamh ar feadh deireadh seachtaine. Dá mbeadh sé ar siúl i nDelphi beidh mise in ann páirt a ghlacadh sna spóirt lasmuigh agus beidh deis ag mo bhean chéile a scíth a ligean sa spá.
