Where is a good place to buy antenna towers in Ireland.

I'm thinking of those types made from tubalar metal with diagonal beacings in each section.

I'm probably looking for somthing in the region of 10 meters tall.

sometimes Cellcom (Galway) have had s/H towers for sale. YOu need good foundations.
Perhaps a local place could make one for you.

approx 15m / 45ft is minimum useful height and easier to get planning permission than any taller tower. Not much point in shorter.

If the weight of aerials is not too much you can get 10m to 15m on gable end or chimney with suitable brackets and a 2m to 3m pole.

    aerials.jpg

The aerial on gable end has 2 x K brackets with bolts all the way into attic. (cut down 10mm x 1.2m studding/threaded bar)
    It's a motorised 4.5m long aerial for 144MHz,

Discone (25Mhz to 1300MHz) on chimney and 435/145 MHz dual band colinear fiberglass cased approx 10ft/3m long aerial on guyed pole at back corner must be approx 15m. The "bump" is a joint to a shorter alloy pipe the aerial is mounted on.
