    It's been keeping me up, been wracking my brains trying to come with it.

    It was released in the summer of 1998, around the same time as 'Music Sounds Better With You' by Stardust. It was a happy dance song.

    The video featured a group of young adults driving in a car and I think they stop somewhere. I can't remember any of the lyrics or beat other than it was really good!

    I don't think it was done by an American artist, maybe European?
