Setup help needed!

    Currently my set up is ntl modem --> thomson speedtouch 716wl in which i connect my phone for use with blueface. Since I started using this router I've noticed regular disconnects when downloading torrents. I've done some research and it seems to be a common enough problem.

    What i am thinking of doing is going back to my old router (belkin) but connecting the thomson 716wl into it so it can still be used as an ata. Is this possible to do?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    can't you set a rule with priorities SIP traffic ? That should help the connexion to remain up and runnin, no ?

    Otherwise, yes, you can use the ATA behind a router. You'll need to set up port forwarding rules (see : http://forums.blueface.ie/showthread.php?t=338) and to use a STUN.
