Advertising Sales Representative Agreement for Web Site

    I have a successful site and need to take on an advertising sales agent to sell advertising space.

    I have someone who is interested and is in the correct field (we worked together in the past).

    He has supplied a contract but I would like to ask if there is anything important that should be included in contract..

    so far contract states..

    agent is granted exclusive right to represent principle to clients worldwide.....

    agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time....

    these are the 2 main things I am worried about & wondering if I can specify trial period & non exclusive right and if there is anything else I should include in the contract..

    Will he be self employed and working as a Comission Agent? I would never sign an open ended or exclusive contract so certainly exclude the two clauses.
