Today on the South Link road headng into Cork city i saw a renault kangoo being escorted by a garda paddy wagon. The kango was a plain white unmarked van but had hidden flashing blue lights in the windscreen, rear bumper and the rear windows. Is this for orga transplant or something although i thought those vans were marked HSE?

Would the scenes of crime not be marked?

Not always. Most people would prefer an unmarked van at their house rather than a marked one after a break in, you follow

it was COMPLETELY unmarked. No signs or markings to be seen on the front, back and driver side, didnt see the other side as it was driving against me!

    It had no lightbar

The fleese is tech bureau. Divisional lads have scenes of crime on it. In southern region there is a mix of marked and unmarked for different responses.
