    Hi

I have a HP laptop, it's failry recent but only comes with 80GB (SATA-150, 5400rpm) . I want to upgrade the drive mainly for storage but the HP choices are limited. Has anyone had a similar hard drive in a laptop and upgraded to somehting like a 320gb 7200 drive. I know there may be an issue about the drive height, but alos the 7200 rpm drives seem to be Sata-300 also.

    j.

you can put in any sata 2.5 hardrive, get at least 300gig,see kompett.ie, peats.com for specs, the cache size matters too.
