I just played this pot. When dingdong goes all in for 217, shouldn't it stop El Pato from reraising? Obviously both me and the player to my right thought the same. I've reported it to Betfair and I will post their reply.

    its a software glitch alright.
I had a similar problem playing on betsson which is on the ongame network. I posted a thread about it.
It took about 3 weeks of me contacting them every day before they changed the software.
They had to go through ongame ( who were refusing to acknowledge the problem) which made it painfully slow.
Eventually they contacted me and said the software would be changed on the next update (which it was ) and gave me 2 $10 tournament tokens.
Hopefully betfair will own up to the problem otherwise you will have to be persistent or alternatively dont play there any more.

You might be the finer pitch and putter but it'll be a cold day when I take PLO advice from you...

    say what now?

If anyone behind El Pato raises to 275 which is a full raise then the betting is reopened to him. It wasn't so he should not be aloud to reraise.
