    how far does a house have to be from a boundery in mayo , and how far does the percolation area have to be ,i was told both are 20 meters is this true

    In a word No, first case it depends which boundary, there are building line requirements for the front boundary depending on the type of road the site is on, refer to the co development plan, and generally 2m minimum to side boundary's and 11m min to rear for semi d type houses. One off houses are usually more but there's no particular requirement as the site are usually quite large.

    Percolation areas need only be 3m from boundaries, 10m from roads and streams, 20m from other housees & pther percolation areas.
