How long will my stamps last??

    Was on benefits from September to November and then from January to present..How long have I got on them? Is it 12 mths from January???

    I'm in hunt for jobs every day and want to work.Dont want benefits etc....Just asking in a doomsday worst case scenario way...

    It really depends on how many PRSI stamps you had in the first place.

    you'd be better off asking at the social welfare office.

    You'd have enough for a year anyway I'd say,I was working for 2 and a half yrs and I got it for 9 months,but my stamps ran out last week so Im waiting to see if I get the jobseekers allowance.

    As long as you have 264prsi credits paid or more you get it for a year,I did'nt want to be on it this long but I cant seem to get a job anywhere.
