how to retrieve lost history

Is there any way I can do this it was only yesterday that I deleted the files

the problem is i don't know who you are, so i wouldn't help you.

anybody could come on these forums, pedophiles asking for advice on how to remove history/files from their computer so nobody can find them in future.

sorry to judge you, but it has happened in the past and people on these forums have even helped out pedophiles, giving advice on best way to wipe a hard drive.

you haven't explained why you want this history recovered, just asking how it can be recovered.

you might be better to install some program which monitors user activity.

i don't know of any to recommend, but i'm sure some exist for parents who want to see what their kids are looking at..etc
