    Try hitting the F5 key when you're looking at the page. That or delete your browsers cookies/browsing history

    Tried all that.

    Happened to me with Dublinbus site a few weeks ago. I think it must be something with the Office setup here.

    That wouldn't help in this case. If the webserver responds with anything, even if it's a blank page saying "down for maintenance" that site will say it's up.

    It's only useful if the web server is failing to respond at all.
