Hi everyone,

Given the huge success of the Bridal Bootcamp I ran with Confetti Magazine recently, I’ve decided to run an online version of it.

I get dozens of enquiries from outside of Dublin as well as from abroad. It’s impractical (and often impossible) for them to visit my clinic in Dublin. So I’ve created a way in which I can coach clients online, helping them lose lots of weight for their wedding days.

The Online Bridal Bootcamp will take place over 12 weeks.

It will consist of weekly telephone consultation (via Skype) as well as daily email consultation. You will get a personalised exercise program which will be updated each week.

You will also receive nutritional analysis. You will submit your food diary to me and I will send you feedback, together with recipe ideas for meals and snacks.

You will understand exactly what you are doing and why you doing it. There will be no panicking or worrying about whether you’re doing everything right.

Finally, you will receive weekly weight loss hypnosis cds, which will be specifically personalised for you.

The total cost for the 12 week program is just €97.
