    While the bike shop bashing is going on without saying my views on this business, what do other boards people think of their operation, especially their "servicing".:o

    They're just up the road from me. I only ever bought a tyre in there. That's my only experience.

    I think they're great, but really only if you are looking for high end stuff, I wouldn't go in with a banger and expect them to service it. I went in with my bike and they wouldn't even look at it unless I allowed them upgrade the groupset to Super Record. Which was strange for a hardtail, but it has been a lot faster since...

    Come on Kona, get it off your chest.

    No they dont:D High spec in there is a 26x2.1 tube
