Chorus service in Malahide, Dublin

Looking to switch to Chorus for TV/ broadband in Malahide and was wondering what the service is like? I'd love to get the 20mb package but if I won't get anywhere near that speed I dont really want to pay for it! :eek: Any info greatly appriciated. LoGiE
