Setting the Clock in Astra???

    Hey all!!!
    I just got an astra few days ago, new model H 5dr one but I didn't get the manual for it so I dont know how to set the time( its completely wrong and driving me cracked)!!! Anyone know how to fix it??

    Hold down one of the buttons to the side of the clock until the display flashes. The manual will tell you which one you need to press ;)

    Never had one but I'm guessing it's pretty simple. Seeing as you don't have the manual bring the car to an Opel dealer and ask the idle salesman to show you how. I'm sure he wont charge for his time! ;)

    Its really not simple..:eek: there's no buttons next to the clock, I've tried all the ones on the steering wheel and all ones below the clock, there's a settings screen that comes up and I've scrolled through them but haven't found any screen to change the time!:(

    Disconnect the cars battery at exactly 11.59 and connect it back up at bang on 12 o'clock. Easy:D

    This will reset the date aswell:( Any other ideas?????:confused:

    Do u have a BC button near the radio controls? On the corsa you can update the time etc thru one of these sub menus

    I do have a BC button near the radio but when I pressed or hold it in, it just says no funtion, Guess im gonna have to go out to opel:o

    im not sure if your cars the newer model like 08 1 i think but on my astra 01 to change the time you have to hold down the 2 buttons at the same time to get into the mode to change the time

    Ah its a 04 newer model, tink im after trying all the buttons on it at this stage! I feel like a right tool! but its just not obvious how to do it:confused: oh well... which too buttons did you press just out of curiosity?
