    FT support has historically been very poor, don't know what it's like these days.

    Still slow and rubbish and could learn a lot from stars.

    takes 2-5 days generally, normally for me to be honest

    stars takes around 5 hours (average imo)

    I've been having a back and forth with support for about two week now and every reply has been within the same day.
