Solicitors dealing with Property Law

I am currently having major issues trying to get my security deposit returned from a letting agency. I moved out 2 months ago. The agency say there is a "dispute" with the property owner. At this stage it is clear that the agency are not going to cooperate and I am looking at the possible legal actions I can take to retreive my deposit.

Does anyone have any advice or could recommend a solicitor who could help? Any ideas on how much it might cost? Any advice is much appreciated :pac:

If the claim is for less than 2,000 euros, you're better off pursuing your claims through the Small Claims Court or by contacting the Private Residential Tenancies Board about the matter.

Yes it is less than 2k. So the PRTB will deal with issues between a tenant and a letting agency is that correct?
