Simcity 4 Add on

    Hey

    I have being playin simcity 4 for a little while now and i want to build tunnels but found u need an add on for it. I got the add on but i dont know how to install it because the instructions were a word doc and i dont have it. Ne ways the add on is called 'Smoncrie's Hole Digging Lots'

    Im pretty sure u jus unzip it and move it into one of the simcity folders but i dunno which one.

    Ne one got ne ideas??
