Interesting Connection/Observation, Lost & "Frequency"

I am a newcomer to Lost. Due to peer pressure at my workplace, I have succombed to watching Lost. I have the boxset for series 1-3 and a Season 4 also on DVD.

Last night I finished episode 4 of Season 4 - "Eggtown". The episode where Kate is in court in a flash forward.

I recognised that the actor who played her lawyer in that episode from another movie which I couldnt pin point at first then I realized he was the 'murderer' in "Frequency" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0186151/ (Great movie about time travelling)

I searched to make sure and get this... his character name in Frequency is Jack Shepard (slighthly different spelling mind)! And also in that movie is one Elizabeth Mitchell who , spoiler for anyone who hasnt seen it,

is murdered by Jack Shepard in the past which is then fixed later in the future

Just thought that was interesting

I knew about about the Mitchell/Shephard connection in that film but didn't realise Kate's lawyer was in it too. Good catch.

Frequency is a nice film, even if the time travel in it is nonsensical.

And Elizabeth is hot with black hair!

I have been warned to stay away from the Lost Forum until I have caught up. Should finish Season 4 by the end of the week. I have sky+ all Season 5 also. Great great show
