Need to reapply for test after cancelling?

Hi guys I've just had to cancel my test because the date didn't suit. I have given plenty of notice so won't lose my test fee. When I was talking to the customer service person they said I would hear from them again shortly so does this mean that I don't have to apply again myself? Will another test date be sent out…

When I was talking to the customer service person they said I would hear from them again shortly so does this mean that I don't have to apply again myself? Will another test date be sent out automatically?

I can't find a definite answer on their website so if anyone knows I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

They should send you out a date in the post, usually about 3-4 weeks before the date itself.
