word for realistic, in an unreal setting

Is there a word for this?:
Something fits in with the reality that is being described, but it is an unreal fantasy world to begin with. Like if a character maintained their personality traits after coming back as an undead being, this could be done [realistically] if they became a vampire, but it wouldn't be [realistic] if they became a mummy (brain in a jar and all).
