Can anybody tell me what the story is with the Leinster Rugby Teams conditioning. Compared to Munster they don't look fit. For a professional team in the modern era it doesn't look right. Stan Right, Bernard Jackman, Leo Cullen and Chris Whitaker all look like they they don't go to the gym. Don't get me wrong I support Leinster but they just don't look fit. Maybe somebody can tell me is the gym programme part of training or is it left up to the individuals?

It certainly is not left to the individuals.

This is probably the worst dig iv seen a someone throw at Leinster. Im sure Cian Healy is obese as well and Toner in cronically underweight.

The Quins match showed how fit they are, if they were as unfit as you are pointing out they would have been taken apart in that match.

They don't have to be lean, mean fighting machines. If you see being 'fit' as being lean.. then the vast majority of pro's are unfit in your terms.

However, their fitness levels depend on their position.. as does their weight. You will never see a lean trim prop, for the same reason you will never see a 22 stone winger. They don't need to be Olympic athletes.

Herculean defensive effort, showed amazing stamina and fitness levels.

Stan Wright played a blinder in that match too.

Listen all im saying is that the conditioning is not the same as others in the team and as others in other teams and that may be the deciding factor in winning or loosing.

    You're not. You're trolling.

It seems to me that you are confusing conditioning with toning.

What do you define conditioning as? Would Ian Dowling have poor conditioning to you? how about John Hayes?
